LOVE INC OF WESTERN SUBURBS also known as LOVE Christian Clearinghouse_TM was established in 1985 as a network of churches in eastern DuPage County in Illinois. Our service area covers 18 towns in Addison, York, Downers Grove and Lisle townships. LOVE works with churches, agencies and individual volunteers in DuPage County to link people in need directly with the organizations and/or persons best suited to provide effective help.

Our staff is comprised primarily of volunteers who serve as phone liaisons and intake workers, clerical aides, board members and advisors. A paid executive director and a Clearinghouse coordinator compliment the office functions.

But the main source of connection to meeting people's needs lies with member churches in the network. Our 93 member churches, representing more than 25 denominations, often provide the point of contact with people seeking various forms of assistance, together with providing volunteers and services when called upon.
